I offer performance-focused, recovery-based bodywork customized to how your body feels that day. Sessions may include sports massage, mobility work, assisted stretching, cupping, hot stones, lighter Swedish-style work, or deeper recovery-focused treatment depending on your goals and what your body needs.

Both, depending on what your body responds best to. Some clients need deeper targeted work, while others need slower, more calming bodywork to help the nervous system settle down and release tension. Every session is customized rather than following a routine.

Not at all. A lot of my clients are active adults, busy professionals, healthcare workers, parents, tradespeople, or people who simply carry stress physically. If your body constantly feels tight, stiff, sore, or overworked, this work is for you, too.

The 60-minute session is best for maintenance or focusing on one or two areas. The 90-minute and 120-minute sessions allow more time for deeper recovery work, mobility treatment, and add-ons like cupping or hot stones without feeling rushed.

Before your session, you’ll complete a quick intake form covering health history, injuries, tension areas, and goals. At your appointment, we’ll talk about how your body has been feeling so I can customize the session based on what you actually need that day.

Yes. The intake form helps me understand your goals, injuries, areas of tension, and anything else important before we begin, so the session feels more intentional and personalized.

Yes. A lot of clients come in dealing with chronic tightness, tension headaches, restricted movement, low back discomfort, or stress physically showing up in the body. Consistent bodywork can help reduce tension, improve mobility, and help your body feel less overloaded overall.

Yes. I offer dynamic cupping, hot stones, aromatherapy, CBD oil, scalp and neck work, reflexology, and mobility-focused enhancements during longer sessions when it makes sense for your body and recovery goals.

I offer dry dynamic cupping or wet cupping as part of therapeutic massage sessions. I do not offer facial cupping.

Usually, no. Over the years, I’ve found that I get better results by massaging with the cups rather than leaving them stagnant in one place. There are absolutely times when stationary cupping is beneficial, and I’ll incorporate it if I think it’s what your body needs, but the majority of my practice involves slowly moving the cups over the tissue. This dynamic approach gives many of the same benefits while typically resulting in far fewer or much lighter marks than people often expect.

That depends on your body, lifestyle, stress levels, and goals. Some clients come weekly, while others come monthly for maintenance. After your session, I’ll give you an honest recommendation based on what your body seems to need.

Just wear something comfortable. We’ll talk through everything before the session starts so you feel clear and comfortable with the treatment plan.

Yes. I offer Youth Athletic Recovery sessions for athletes under 18 with a parent present. These sessions focus on recovery, mobility, assisted stretching, and helping young athletes maintain their body during demanding sports seasons.

Absolutely. Stress often shows up physically through tight shoulders, headaches, jaw tension, shallow breathing, poor sleep, and overall body tension. Bodywork can help your nervous system slow down and help your body feel less physically guarded.

Everything here is one-on-one, private, and customized. I don’t follow preset routines or rush people through appointments. Every session is built around what your body actually needs that day.
